Welcome - Rules

Welcome to Fantasy OCs United, I am the Founder EuphBritannia, this group is for all sorts of Original Characters, whether they are based on fantasy, animals, or even humans ( the title is a bit confusing, sorry).
any ways anyone who has an OC can join, but as like all other groups, this one has rules.

First, this is a group for artists with at least one OC, but others may watch us by their own free will.
Secondly, you can send as many submitions as you want, until we get a hundred members, then we would have to start making rules about that.
Thirdly, please no nudity, sexual references or gore please, we might get young people joining, maybe, it depends.
Finally, if you are offering trades, please send notes to this group saying so, and then we can advertise that for you.

We will be attempting a contest for the Chinese New Year!

Theme: Chinese New Year!

Here are the rules:

1. You may enter once.
2. Founder and Co-Founders cannot compete.
3. You must put your entry in the Contest Folder.
4. Follow the normal rules for mature content on both DeviantArt and the Fantasy-OCs-United group.
5. Do NOT steal another person's work.
6. You may enter a piece in either colour or shades of Grey, your choice.

Deadline: 20th February 2012.

Prizes:

1st place: gets 25 points +1 free request from EuphBritannia + 1 free sketch request from Blackbeast-pp and gets featured in the Featured Folder
2nd place: gets 12 points + 1 free request from EuphBritannia
3rd place: gets 6 points + 1 free request from EuphBritannia

go to the group and click on the folder you wish to submit to on the right there's a little button which says + submit to this folder click that and either click submit new deviation or contribute an existing deviation...if you click contribute an existing deviation a thing will pop up with all your works you know the basics of flicking through...previous page and next page to find your work. although if you select submit a new deviation it goes to the submit page you don't have to change anything just do what you normally do there. NOW there's another way which I know of, click on the deviation you wish to submit look on the right and scroll down there's a thing which should say 'Featured in Groups: this may or may not be already submitted in a group but it doesn't really change anything click the + submit to a group now a thing should pop up but this one's different now you could submit to a recent group or click type a group name...(make sure you get it EXACTLY correct otherwise you'll submit to the wrong group) click on the group and after it loads below it should say submit to: there will be a drop down menu then click on the folder you want to submit to. once you have selected your folder then you shall click submit. Theres one more way I know of but i think thats enough
